Every item in our store is handmade by us in Portsmouth, UK — whether it's a 3D printed home décor piece or an artisan soap creation. Because we make each item with care, please allow time for us to prepare your order before it ships.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 working days of receiving payment confirmation. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
During busy periods — such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, or times when we have a high volume of custom orders — dispatch may take a little longer. If your order will be significantly delayed, we will contact you by email.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:
Typically 2–4 working days after dispatch. Suitable for smaller, non-urgent orders.
Typically 1–2 working days after dispatch. Faster option for when you need it sooner.
2–3 working days with online tracking, so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Next working day delivery with full tracking. Our fastest standard option.
Please note these are Royal Mail's estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services, or circumstances outside our control (e.g. severe weather, industrial action).
We currently ship within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).
For international shipping enquiries, please contact us before placing your order. We may be able to arrange international delivery on a case-by-case basis — additional shipping costs and import duties may apply.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order and the delivery method you choose. The exact cost will be shown before you complete your purchase — there are no hidden charges.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Any active offers will be displayed on the website.
If you selected a tracked shipping service at checkout, you will receive your tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. You can use this to monitor your parcel's progress on the Royal Mail website.
If you did not choose a tracked service and your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow one extra working day before contacting us, as Royal Mail occasionally runs slightly behind their estimates.
We package all orders carefully to protect them during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please:
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Please do not discard the damaged packaging — it may be needed if we have to make a claim with Royal Mail.
If your order is lost in transit (i.e. has not arrived within 10 working days of your dispatch notification), please contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.
Please double-check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at sales@evasartdesign.com — we will do our best to update the address before dispatch.
We are unable to accept responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you and arrange redelivery (additional postage charges may apply).
